Not Bwana's African Safaris
African Safari Company is branching beyond what has become conventional safari travel in Africa by offering new approaches to the genre, such as camel-supported journeys in Kenya, mountain bike adventures in southern Botswana and a traditional Maasai tribal wedding ceremony in Tanzania.
African Safari offers walking safaris and treks with the San Bushman in Botswana's Kalahari Desert, and rhino tracking safaris in South Africa and Namibia, as well as trekking for gorillas, chimpanzees, golden and colobus monkeys and possible meetings with Batwa people in Rwanda and Uganda.
And, the company's South African Art and Wildlife Safari takes in Johannesburg's and Cape Town's gardens and galleries as well as the bush of Madikwe Private Game Reserve.
Founded in 1998, the African Safari Company offers safaris in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Namibia.
